Dashboard prompt for users who skipped the AACE question
Sentry now reports the cohort of users whose complexity-fit defaulted to Class 3 because they skipped the optional question. Building an in-app banner that re-asks once they've seen N matches.

Per-province field-name parity smoke test
Two production bugs in the last sprint were field-name mismatches between the onboarding form and the scorer. Adding a smoke test that asserts every field the scorer reads has a matching write in some onboarding page or top-level data column.

Public sub-processor change log
Currently sub-processor changes are only reflected in the privacy-policy "last updated" date. Splitting into a dedicated change log so customers can subscribe and audit.

Free → Pro conversion event instrumentation
PostHog events on free-tier limit hits, upgrade-modal views, and checkout starts. Drives A/B testing of the daily match cap and the pricing-page CTA copy.

Recency-weighted calibration (last 30 days @ 2×)
Currently calibration weighs all 90-day dismissals equally. Recent behavior is probably more predictive. Tradeoff: faster adaptation vs. more volatility on small samples.

Time-of-day precision on tariff effective dates
Tariffs sometimes change mid-day. Posting that closes the same day a tariff takes effect is currently treated as "in force." Could matter for edge cases on bid-day announcements.

GC 10.1 invocation template snippet
When the matcher detects tariff exposure it tells you to invoke CCDC 2 GC 10.1 in commercial terms. Could auto-include a reference clause in the proposal's commercial-terms section.

SOC 2 Type 2 audit
Scoping in progress. We do not currently hold our own SOC 2; current attestations are platform-level via Supabase. Targeting 2026 H2 for kickoff.
