All other information remains the same. ********************************************************************************** Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, September 28, 2026. The Work consists of the extension of Budd Avenue complete with municipal infrastructure for approximately 300m. In general, without limiting the scope of the Work, the Contract consists of the construction of: 1. New 200 mm diameter sanitary sewer and new precast concrete sanitary manholes. 2. New 200 mm and 150 mm diameter water main, 100 mm diameter water services complete with all piping, valves, fittings, hydrant and appurtenances. 3. New 250 mm and 300 mm diameter storm sewer and new precast concrete storm manholes and catch basin. 4. Removal and disposal of existing feature. 5. Asphalt Concrete. 6. Granular base/subbase preparation. 7. Curb and gutter. 8. Concrete sidewalk. 9. Site restoration of all disturbed areas. Specifications shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list contact Mary Corbett, 506-633-5000 or email mcorbett@dillon.ca. Bidders must be registered on the bidders list to submit a tender. Original tender documents will be issued in electronic copy. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Municipal District of St. Stephen, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton. Portions of this project are cost shared with the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure under the Provincial Municipal Highway Program. Tenders will be opened publicly at the Municipal Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Municipal District of St. Stephen reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
