We build the bid for you.
Pick one tender you want to win. We read the package, write the proposal, fill in the schedules, and hand you back something you can submit. Fixed price, 2 a month, no retainer. All prices in CAD.
$1,500 per tender. Delivered by the date we agree, or you get your money back.
Bid build
Start to submission-ready. You keep the pricing, the signature and the relationship -- we do the writing and the paperwork.
- A read of the full tender package, including addenda issued before the close
- The written proposal: approach, methodology, and your relevant experience
- The mandatory forms and schedules filled in, ready for your signature
- A compliance pass against the evaluation criteria, so nothing scored is left blank
- One revision round after you have read it
Tell us the tender and its closing date. We reply within 2 business days.
What it does not cover
Better said now than discovered at the deadline.
- Your pricing. You set the numbers -- they are yours to own and yours to defend.
- Sealed or stamped engineering, surveys, or anything needing a professional seal
- Bonding, insurance, or prequalification you do not already hold
- Submitting on your behalf. The portal account and the signature stay yours.
Only 2 of these are taken in a month. That is a real limit, not a countdown clock: the work is done by one person who is on a job site during the day, and a tender deadline does not move because the week got heavy. When the month is full, the honest answer is to wait.
What we guarantee, and what we do not.
Delivered on time, or refunded
We agree a hand-back date up front, far enough ahead of the close that you have room to review it. Miss that date and you get the fee back. The date is the thing we control, so the date is what we stand behind.
No promise that you win
Nobody can promise a public-sector award, and anyone who does is selling you something. Evaluations weigh price, references and criteria we do not control. You are paying for the bid to be written properly and submitted complete -- not for an outcome.
One person, and it stays that way.
Joseph Morrison builds Cornerstone Contracts and lays pipe in Edmonton. The bid is written by the person who reads the tender -- not handed to a subcontractor, and not generated and shipped unread. That is why there are only 2 openings a month, and why the cap is printed on this page instead of quietly ignored.
