Scope

Organization: City of Calgary The City of Calgary (The City) seeking a qualified supplier to supply a variety of lighting fixtures and accessories for Calgary Transit LED Lighting Projects. Other business units within The City, may utilize this contract, on an as if and when required basis. Submission: To submit a Proposal, a Proponent must navigate to the Event Contents page and use the “Attach a File” link in the “RFX Information and Supplier Submission” section to include their submission response and then use the "Submit Entire Response" button to complete submission of the Proposal. Proposals must be submitted electronically on SAP ARIBA on or before the Submission Deadline. The submission receipt provided electronically by SAP ARIBA upon submission of a Proposal will be the date and time of submission for the purpose of determining whether a Proposal is submitted on or before the Submission Deadline. Proposals that do not comply with the above instructions will not be considered.
