Organization: City of Calgary The City requires external suppliers to provide performance grade asphalt in emergency situations where The City's Plant cannot supply products to its customers, such as Plant shuts down for annual maintenance or emergency repairs. Supply of performance Grade Asphalt on an if, as and when required basis for the Asphalt Plant. Submission: Instructions • Bidding documents should be obtained from SAP Business Network. • Bids are submitted via the SAP Business Network portal found at supplier.ariba.com. • Suppliers must register on the Ariba portal to submit a bid. • Hard copies are not accepted. Failure to submit via SAP Business Network will result in a non-compliant bid.
