Scope

Organization: City of Chestermere The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms to provide comprehensive engineering, landscape architecture, and construction management services for a new multi-sport and track facility. The project consists of two core phases: Design Phase 1 (comprising site analysis, conceptual development, and detailed design) and a conditional Phase 2: Construction Management, which is subject to council approval. All deliverables must strictly align with City standards, Joint Use and Planning Agreements (JUPA), and Rocky View Schools (RVS) specifications.
