Organization: City of Chestermere The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms to prepare a Recreation Master Plan that supports evidence-based decision-making, recreation investment prioritization, partnership evaluation, financial sustainability, and long-term service delivery. The Plan will build on previous recreation planning work and align future major recreation investments with anticipated growth, regional trends, partnership opportunities, financial sustainability, and applicable City policies, plans, and priorities. Submission: Proposals shall be submitted exclusively via email to the RFP Contact identified in Section 1.2 and outlined below: Andrea Pritchett Procurement Assistant procurement@chestermere.ca Proponents should submit their Proposals in PDF format via email. Please ensure that submission emails are prominently marked in the subject line with the RFP number (see RFP cover), with the full legal name of the Proponent. Proposals should consist of two (2) PDF files; • one containing the complete proposal o Labeled as 2026-COFAC-RFP-038_Proposal_Company Name • one containing the pricing table o Labeled as 2026- COFAC-RFP-038_Pricing_Company Name
