Scope

Organization: City of Fort Saskatchewan The City of Fort Saskatchewan invites proposals for the supply of road salt which is dry and free flowing, moisture content does not exceed 1%, and in accordance with the specifications and conditions set out in the Request for Proposal. Submission: Submit 1 hard copy or a pdf copy of your proposal (on a flash drive) in a sealed envelope with the company name clearly indicated and labelled to: "2026/2027 Road Salt Supply and Delivery - Attn: Brian Rogers" Proposal shall be submitted by 1200 hrs (12:00 pm) Monday, October 5, 2026. The proposal must include a signed cover letter indicating the Proponent's company name and contact information. Late submissions and any proposal submitted by fax, email, telephone shall not be accepted or acknowledged. The City will not be responsible for any costs associated with the Proponents preparation of this submission and safety qualification.
