Scope
Organization: City of Lacombe The purpose of this project is to restore the Lacombe Skate Park’s concrete riding surfaces to a smooth, safe, and durable condition suitable for skateboarding, BMX, and scooter use. The primary objectives to be achieved include: • Completing coping reveal, full-depth flatwork, partial-depth, crack, back plate joint, and surface chip repairs. • Applying a high-performance concrete surface densifier across all riding surfaces to prevent future moisture intrusion and dusting. • Eliminating trip hazards, ridges, and depressions while ensuring seamless transitions across riding profiles. • Extending the overall structural service life of the facility. Submission: An electronic copy of the Proposal must be submitted in PDF format by email to the City’s Contact identified on the cover page of this RFP. Zip files are unacceptable and will be rejected by the City’s firewall. Email submission must not exceed 150MB or they will be rejected by the City’s mail server. Email submissions are deemed received at the time they are received by the City of Lacombe mail server. Proponents submitting electronically are responsible for getting confirmation that the Proposal has been received at the email address provided for the Contact on the front cover of this RFP.
