Scope

Organization: City of Red Deer This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Collection Services (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The successful proponent will be required to enter into an Agreement with the City for a two (2) year period.
