Organization: East Central Alberta Catholic Separate School Division Sealed Tenders Marked: East Central Catholic Schools St. Jerome’s School Modular Classrooms Will be received until 2:00 P.M., local time, Friday September 25th, 2026. Only electronic Tender submissions received at the following email address will be accepted: Brittany.Hautakangas@bareng.ca The Work generally consists of the following: • Construction of a new relocatable classroom. All bidders are asked to attend a site walk-thru on Tuesday September 15th, 2026 at 11:00 am local time. The Tender submission must be accompanied by a ten percent (10%) Bid Bond and Consent of Surety as well as a Certificate of Recognition as described in the “Instructions to Bidders”. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders or to accept the Tender deemed to be most favourable to The Owner, as described in the “Instructions to Bidders” For more information, please contact BAR Engineering Co. Ltd., Buildings Drafting Coordinator, Brittany Hautakangas, C.Tech. at (780) 875-1683. Submission: The lump sum prices in the Tender Forms shall be full compensation to the Contractor for all work completed and for goods and services furnished by them to complete the project.
