Organization: ENMAX ENMAX Power Corporation is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for a safe, capable, qualified Contractor to perform modifications at Substation 14, including the following. • Complete engineering designs, construction of a new building and demolish, and salvage the existing building and equipment. This RFP may result in a single scope contract for the Work described herein.
