Scope

Organization: Environment and Protected Areas The Purchaser (Environment and Protected Areas) is seeking to purchase one (1) custom built medium sized boat as laid out in the table below. Submission: Proponents must submit their Proposal electronically through the Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC) tendering system prior to the Closing Time specified in this Solicitation. Hard copy, faxed, emailed, or otherwise delivered submissions will not be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure that its submission is successfully uploaded and submitted in APC before the Solicitation Closing Time. APC records the official date and time of receipt. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. Proponents are encouraged to begin the upload process well in advance of the Closing Time to allow sufficient time for file transfer, system processing, and submission confirmation. The Government of Alberta is not responsible for delays, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or any other circumstances that prevent a Proponent from successfully submitting its Proposal before the Closing Time. Upon successful submission, APC will provide confirmation of receipt. Proponents should retain this confirmation for their records.
