Issued by: CITY OF FREDERICTON Published: 2026/09/22 15:10 Addendum 2 - September 22, 2026 Amendment 2 - September 21, 2026 - Added the correct file Addendum 1 - September 21, 2026 The Local Government is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide monitoring, inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, programming, and support services for fire alarm systems, sprinkler monitoring systems, burglar and intrusion alarm systems, and electronic door access control systems located throughout Local Government facilities. These systems play a critical role in supporting life safety, security, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operations across a diverse portfolio of facilities. The Local Government requires a Supplier capable of providing reliable monitoring services, timely response to service requests, preventative maintenance, regulatory inspections, emergency repairs, system troubleshooting, programming support, and ongoing technical expertise. The successful Proponent will be expected to work collaboratively with Local Government staff and other service providers to ensure the continued reliability, functionality, and compliance of these systems while minimizing disruption to facility operations and occupants. It is the Local Government's intention to establish a long-term relationship with a qualified Supplier capable of supporting existing infrastructure as well as future operational requirements throughout the Term of the Agreement.
