Issued by: CITY OF FREDERICTON Published: 2026/09/21 08:49 Addendum 1 - September 21, 2026 The City of Fredericton (the "Local Government") invites Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide a complete and integrated body armour solution in accordance with the requirements set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP). This procurement is intended to establish a long-term supply arrangement that supports the Local Government's operational policing needs through a consistent, reliable, and scalable approach to equipment supply, fit, and lifecycle management. The Local Government is seeking a single-supplier solution capable of delivering both soft body armour and Load-Bearing Vests (LBV) as an integrated system, supported by appropriate services, including fitting, training, and ongoing lifecycle support. Through this RFP process, the Local Government will evaluate Proposals based on the Proponent's ability to deliver a solution that aligns with the intended outcomes described in the Scope of Services, including consistent fit, dependable supply, and effective long-term support.
