Issued by: CITY OF FREDERICTON Published: 2026/08/27 09:19 The Local Government is issuing this Request for Proposal to establish a roster of up to five (5) qualified Suppliers to provide human resources advisory and consulting services on an as, if, and when requested basis. The Local Government requires access to experienced human resources firms and specialized service providers capable of supporting workplace, organizational, labour relations, employee relations, classification, compensation, policy, review, investigation, and related advisory assignments. Proponents shall submit a Proposal for at least two (2) advisory service streams and may submit for additional streams. The roster is intended to supplement internal capacity and provide access to a combination of broad multidisciplinary capability and specialized human resources expertise. Assignments may be issued to one or more Suppliers approved for the applicable advisory service stream or streams in accordance with the assignment process set out in this RFP and the resulting Agreement. The Local Government may award Agreements to up to five (5) Proponents. A successful Proponent may be appointed to the roster for two (2) or more advisory service streams based on the qualifications, experience, proposed personnel, approach, responsiveness, and pricing demonstrated for each applicable stream. The establishment of the roster does not guarantee any volume of work, minimum value of work, or assignment of work to any Supplier.
