Scope

Organization: Forestry and Parks PROJECT BACKGROUND: The A/B Loop playground at the Crimson Lake Provincial Park is past its life cycle and would need a substantial amount of work to bring it up to an acceptable standard. We would like to replace it with a new playground. PROJECT OBJECTIVE: Supply, deliver, and install a new playground at Crimson Lake Provincial Park based on the approved playground design. The playground should include a variety of play elements suitable for all ages and be completed within the project budget of $200,000.00. Refer to the RFQ document for additional information and complete scope of work. Submission: Send quotes to: Alberta Forestry and Parks Attention: Erik Willihnganz As Part of the bid submission, vendors are asked to provide details on the proposed replacement equipment as well as fill out the Pricing Schedule. The contractor is to provide a preliminary construction schedule with their response to the RFQ. The vendor must submit references or testimonials from at least three recent comparable projects. Refer to the RFQ document for additional information - please read carefully to ensure all required information and documentation is included in your submission.
