Scope

Organization: Fort McMurray School Division FMPSD requests proposals from experienced Snow Clearing and Removal Contractor(s) to provide services when required for FMPSD locations. Proponents are invited by FMPSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request Standing Offer (RSO). Submission: In order to be considered, please submit your proposal by email to both lonnie.pilgrim@fmpsd.ab.ca and pam.organ@fmpsd.ab.ca. Submission must be received NO LATER than 2:00 PM Mountain Standard time on September 30th, 2026. The RSO submission must be signed and dated by the proponent’s authorized representative. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted at this time. NOTE: Proposals received after the closing date and time deadline will be disqualified.
