Hiawatha Road and Infrastructure Renewal

Issued by: Oromocto First Nation Published: 2026/09/21 13:13 Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00am, October 19th, 2026. The Work consists generally of the supply, installation and construction of: # New 200 mm diameter sanitary sewer, new 100 mm diameter sanitary force main, new 100 mm and 150 mm diameter sanitary service and new precast concrete sanitary manholes. # New 200 mm and 150 mm diameter water main, 25 mm diameter water services complete with all piping, valves, fittings, hydrant and appurtenances. # New 100 mm, 150 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm and 450 mm diameter storm sewer, new 100 mm diameter storm service and new precast concrete storm manholes and catch basin. # Removal and disposal of existing feature. # Asphalt Concrete. # Granular base/subbase preparation. # Curb and gutter. # Ditching. # Site restoration of all disturbed areas with topsoil and hydroseed. Specifications shall be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS NONREFUNDABLE(which includes applicable HST). Original tender documents will be issued in electronic copy. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to Oromocto First Nation, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. Tenders will be opened publicly at Oromocto First Nations Band Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. Oromocto First Nation reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
