Scope

Organization: Infrastructure Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Installation of a Limited Use/Limited Access (LULA) barrier free three stop hydraulic elevator in an existing 2- storey Office building. .2 All required interior demolition, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical work. .3 Removal of hazardous materials as follows: asbestos containing drywall joint compound, vinyl flooring and parging. The removal of lead paint adhered to the concrete in the basement. This hazardous material work will be administered through a cash allowance as noted in section 01 21 13. CONTRACT TIME .1 Date of commencement of the Contract shall be the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance. .2 Attain Interim Acceptance of the Work by March 31, 2027
