Scope

Organization: Jobs, Economy, Trade and Immigration Transition to Employment Services (TES) assists unemployed and underemployed Francophone Albertans to acquire workplace and occupation-related competencies that facilitate their attachment to full-time employment. TES provides comprehensive and individualized services such as employment placement and job matching. Services will be delivered in French and provide appropriate supports that enhance employability, facilitate connections with employers, and improve labour market outcomes for Francophone job seekers. The primary location will be a standalone office in the city of Edmonton, and services will also be delivered remotely to Participants outside of Edmonton. Submission: 2.3 Mandatory Submission Requirements The following mandatory requirements must be met for proposals to be considered: • Proposal must be received via email by the date and time and at the email address of the Contact listed on the cover page of this RFP. • The Proposal must be accompanied by a completed Proposal Cover Page (see Appendix I) signed and dated by the person(s) authorized to sign on behalf of the proponent to bind the proponent to statements made in response to this solicitation. • The Proposal must be received by the RFP closing date and time. Late proposals will not be opened or returned to the proponent and will be electronically deleted. • The Proposal must be written in English. Additional Submission Considerations: • Proposals must be electronically submitted and clearly marked in the email subject line with the RFP number and name, Alberta Jobs, Economy, Trade and Immigration email contact name and return proponent email address. • The province will not be responsible for failures (technical or otherwise) that may result in a proposal not being received prior to the closing date and time. • Proposals should be submitted as one (1) complete PDF formatted document • Proposals should be no longer than twenty-five (
