Scope

Organization: Justice The ministry of Justice is issuing a Request for Quotes to procure three enclosed Privacy Pods. The selected Proponent shall supply, deliver, install, and commission three (3) individual -use office booths designed to enhance privacy in a professional setting. To assist Proponents in preparing their Quotes and to address anticipated questions regarding the intended use and operating environment, the Purchaser provides the following information:  As the installation site is a secure location, floor plans will not be provided at this time.  The pods are intended to be installed next to each other on a carpet or raised floor.  Fabric finishing would be preferred for better sound proofing  Minimum experience required in the table below is for the proponent to show references of similar installations that has been completed.  Safety Certification required could be either before or after installation
