Electronic tenders, in PDF format, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works, which consist of site preparation, excavation, levelling and crushed rock fill; concrete footings and slab-on-grade, wooden gazebo, site restoration, and all related work, will be received until 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 5, 2026, by: Mr. Julien Cormier, Director of Municipal Operations and Public Safety Town of Champdoré 4556 rue Principale, Suite 300 Champdoré, NB E4V 1R3 Instructions to obtain Tender Documents: Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at tendersatlantic@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list. Tender submission method: Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail to tendersatlantic@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time. The original signed and sealed paper copy of the Tender Submission shall be mailed to the following address: Englobe Corp. 1077 St. George Blvd., Suite 400 Moncton, NB E1E 4C9 A bid bond or certified cheque, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Town of Champdoré must accompany each tender.
