Issued by: TOWN OF HERON BAY / VILLE DE BAIE-DES-HERONS Published: 2026/09/17 11:37 Sealed bids will be received by Town of Heron Bay until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, October 1, 2026, in the Bid Deposit Box located at municipal office, 111 Hall Street, Unit 1, Dalhousie, NB, for Project No. 9081, New Potable Water Control Chamber, Heron Bay, NB. In general, the work consists of constructing a new Control Chamber that will include a new Flow Meter, Solenoid Control Valve and Chlorination Building near the camping of Charlo, complete with the Civil, Site and Infrastructure Services. Bid documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) HST included, per bid set in the form of an e-transfer to postmaster@bmnb.ca, certified cheque or cash payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, at municipal office, 111 Hall Street, Unit 1, Dalhousie, NB and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton, and Saint-John. Only Bidders who have obtained the Bid Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw shall be eligible to submit a bid for this project. Bids must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Certified Cheque or Bid Bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) (H.S.T. included). Certified Cheque shall be made payable to Town of Heron Bay. Contractors are encouraged to attend a pre-tender meeting that will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time, Monday, September 28, 2026 at the project site. This will be the only opportunity for review of existing site conditions with the Owner and the Consultant. The lowest/highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
