All procurement activity including but not limited to the solicitation documents, bid questions, clarification requests, addendums, amendments and submissions will be carried out using the Euna Procurement (formerly Bonfire Interactive) platform. See attached Euna Procurement (formerly Bonfire Interactive) Vendor Instruction document for directions on accessing, registering and utilizing the platform. The New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website will continue to serve as a host for the public solicitation notice. NB Power reserves the right to reject submissions that do not comply with the submission instructions. Solicitation documents and amendments to this notice are available on the Platform via the website at: https://nbpower.bonfirehub.ca It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that its information is received by NB Power (that is, uploaded and/or saved to the Platform) by the due date and time. Any submission received after the closing date and time will be rejected. There will be no public opening. Bid results will not be posted to NBON until the contract has been awarded.
