Issued by: COMMUNAUTE REGIONALE DE CAMPBELLTON REGIONAL COMMUNITY Published: 2026/09/29 08:37 3.2 Scope of Work: The Contractor must provide all labour, operators, equipment, attachments, fuel, means of communication, maintenance, repairs, permits, insurance and other resources necessary to perform the Work completely and safely. The Work includes, without limitation: a) clearing snow from the streets comprising each awarded Route, including any roadway widening required during each operation; b) clearing intersections, curves, cul-de-sacs and other locations identified by the City; and c) preparing and submitting the required reports, timesheets and other operational documents. The Work must meet the performance standards set out in Section 3.11. Work that has not been authorized by a City Representative is not payable, except where immediate action was reasonably necessary to protect public safety in an emergency and the Contractor notifies the City as soon as possible.
