Issued by: New Brunswick Housing Corporation/Société d’habitation du Nouveau-Brunswick Published: 2026/09/28 10:37 SCOPE This Invitation to Tender consists of snow removal services on behalf of Housing New Brunswick at Crescent Valley, in Saint John, NB, for a period of one (1) year from November 1, 2026 until October 31, 2027 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increments upon written agreement by both parties. OPTION YEAR PRICING Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA The contract will be awarded to the lowest total compliant bid that meets the requirements detailed within the specifications attached to the tender document. SITE VISIT A site visit is MANDATORY as per section 3.4 of the attached document. The site visit shall be on October 15, 2026 at 10:00 am and shall be made through: Housing NB Corey Robinson (506) 651-9583 REQUIREMENTS Prior to award, references may be required as per section 4 of the attached specifications. Insurance and WorkSafe NB coverage (if applicable), will be required as per section, 13 and 14 of the attached specifications respectively. To expedite the contract award process, Vendors should include these items with their bid. HOW TO FILL IN PRICING There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid. Vendors should bid directly on this invitation to tender. HOW TO FILL IN PRICING: Unit Price = Price for one year Extended Price = 1 Year Price (Unit Price x 1 Year) Please ensure to also indicate the total bid price in the "Total Including all charges" space provided. The price bid shall not include HST.
