Scope

Organization: Southern Alberta Institute of Technology SAIT is inviting qualified and experienced proponents to submit proposals to provide comprehensive loading dock management services for the Taylor Family Campus Centre (TFCC) Loading Dock. The successful Supplierproponent will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the loading dock, including staffing, receiving and coordinating deliveries, providing and operating the loading dock management software, scheduling dock access, supporting campus departments/schools and vendors, and maintaining safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations. The proposed start date for the loading dock will be June 1st, 2027. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and select a qualified service provider that can deliver reliable loading dock management services that meet SAIT's operational requirements while providing the best overall value to the Institute.
