Scope
Organization: Sturgeon County In summer 2026, between June 21 and July 15, Sturgeon County experienced significant overland flooding following sustained heavy rainfall across the region. The event resulted in a range of localized and County-wide impacts, including flooded residential properties, washed-out and damaged road infrastructure, overtopping watercourses, and elevated water levels within river and lake basins. As part of this assignment, the successfully awarded proponent will conduct a comprehensive County-wide After-Action Review (AAR) of Sturgeon County’s 2026 flood response, identifying strengths, gaps, lessons learned, and interdepartmental improvement opportunities across the full emergency management cycle Submission: https://sturgeoncounty.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en See RFP for additional information.
