Scope
Organization: Technology and Innovation The primary goal of this NRFP is to establish an enterprise-grade SSL Certificate Lifecycle Management capability that supports the Province’s distributed, hybrid, and rapidly scaling certificate environment. The intended outcomes must focus on enabling centralized governance, end-to-end automation, system interoperability, and operational resilience across all certificate-dependent services and platforms.
