Scope

Organization: Town of Banff The Town of Banff invites submissions from qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of one new self-contained, pull-type turf vacuum and sweeper for the Town’s Municipal Parks Department. The equipment will support seasonal parks operations by assisting with turf maintenance, debris collection, sweeping, and related grounds maintenance activities. The successful Supplier will be responsible for providing the unit, required documentation, warranty coverage, delivery to the Town, and any related support described in this RFQ. Submission: Submissions should be provided in PDF format by email to submit@banff.ca. File names should clearly identify the proponent and RFQ number, for example: ProponentName_RFQ_2026-613-06.pdf. Separate technical and pricing files are not required for this RFQ unless a proponent prefers to provide them. Submissions must include the completed mandatory requirements/specification response, completed pricing form, warranty information, product literature, delivery timeline, and any proposed deviations or substitutions.
