Scope

Organization: Town of Banff The Town of Banff, the “Town”, invites quotations for the supply and delivery of one (1) new AWD hybrid minivan suitable for municipal operations. The Town is seeking a complete, fully assembled, new and unused unit, Canadian market model year 2026 or 2027, delivered ready for municipal service. The unit will support Town operations requiring all-wheel drive capability, passenger seating, cargo flexibility, and improved fuel efficiency through a hybrid drive system. The successful Bidder is expected to provide a complete turnkey unit, including all required equipment, components, delivery, documentation, standard warranty coverage, and initial familiarization/training. Delivery shall be made to Town of Banff Fleet Services, 136 Hawk Avenue, Banff, Alberta, by appointment only. Submission: Quotations must be received by the Town by October 15, 2026 at 14:00 MST. Quotations must be submitted by email to submit@banff.ca in PDF format and must include all required forms, schedules, pricing, and supporting information requested in this RFQ. The Town will send an acknowledgement of receipt for emailed submissions. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their Quotation is received before the closing deadline.
