Scope

Organization: Town of Banff The Town of Banff (the “Town”) invites proposals for consulting services to review and provide recommendations on Heritage Resource Action Plan (HRAP) Tactics 30 and 31. The services will support Council’s identified 2026 priorities for advancing the HRAP, including a review of the Banff Heritage Corporation’s mandate and governance, and research into potential municipal or community-based models for acquiring and preserving heritage properties. Submission: Submission Proposals must be submitted by email to submit@banff.ca as one complete PDF file. Email subject line: RFP 2026-711-01 – Heritage Resource Action Plan Tactics 30 and 31 Review – Proposal Submission The Town will send an email acknowledgement of receipt. It is the Proponent’s responsibility to ensure its Proposal is received before the closing deadline.
