Scope

Organization: Town of High Level The Town of High Level (the “Town”) is seeking proposals in response to this RFP in relation to: Assessment Services – the provision of annual assessment services for all assessable property within the Town, excluding linear property and designated industrial property, for the 2028, 2029 and 2030 assessment years (the 2029, 2030 and 2031 taxation years), with the option of two additional one-year extensions. Submission: Proponents shall submit their Proposal in an envelope marked Town of High Level Request for Proposal for Assessment Services (the “Proposals”) on or before 2:00:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) on Friday, September 25, 2026 (the “RFP Closing Time”) to: Town of High Level 10511 – 103 Street High Level, Alberta T0H 1Z0 Attention: Romer Talampas, Financial Analyst No faxed or electronically submitted Proposals will be accepted by the Town.
