The closing date is extended to October 9th, 2026 at 2:00pm. A non-mandatory site visit will be held October 2nd, 2026 at 10:00am. All other information remains the same. ****************************************************************************************** Sealed tenders marked "PROJET 253-25, Water System Emergency generator ", will be received by Pabineau First Nation until October 2, 2026, at the Town Hall located at 1290, pabineau falls road, Pabineau First Nation, NB until 2:00 p.m. (local time). Each tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to Pabineau First Nation. The name of the tendering firm and the identification of the contract shall be indicated on the envelope. The latest revision and amendments of the "Tendering Regulations" of the Procurement Act (2022-78), as amended, shall apply to this contract. Electronic tender documents will be distributed to the invited bidders. Pabineau First Nation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
