Invitation and procurement intent Nashwaak Rural Community (NRC) invites proposals from qualified service providers for the redesign, migration and ongoing technical management of its municipal website and for comprehensive managed information technology services. NRC intends to select one primary contractor responsible for the full scope. A proponent may use disclosed subcontractors, but the successful proponent will remain fully accountable for all services, security, service levels and deliverables. This procurement is intended to transfer specialized technical responsibilities from municipal administration to a qualified provider, strengthen organizational continuity, improve cybersecurity and ensure that municipal systems, accounts, credentials and documentation remain under NRC ownership and control.
