Issued by: City of Regina Submissions clearly marked "COR26-00255 – 2026 Small Diameter Landfill Leachate Forcemain Relining ", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at [email protected], no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on September 10, 2026. The City of Regina (City) seeks proposals from qualified firms with a demonstrated track record in relining small diameter HDPE pipes using CIPP methods. This work is to rehabilitate leaks that have been observed in the landfill’s leachate forcemain piping. The City has tentatively identified approximately 3 locations totaling about 375 m for leachate forcemain relining. The leachate forcemain has a diameter of 100 mm. The scope of work encompasses a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to, leachate forcemain relining using CIPP technology for the leak locations. It also includes associated activities such as site inspections, pressure testing and more. The work also includes clearing out equipment from the leachate vaults prior to the work, to accommodate any relining equipment, and then re-establishing all piping to original form and function in the vaults after the work is completed.
