Organization: Alberta Utilities Commission The Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) requires a qualified AVI to supply, deliver, install, integrate, program, commission, test, document and warrant a complete fixed-price turnkey refresh of the audio-visual system serving the Calgary Hearing Room (CHR) at the AUC Calgary office. The detailed technical requirements and bill of materials are provided in Attachment 2. Submission: 4.3 Proposal submission instructions a) The closing time and date for this RFP is 2 p.m. Alberta time on November 20, 2026. b) The Proposal Submission Form (page two of the RFP) must be completed and signed by an authorized representative of the proponent and included with the proponent’s proposal. c) Submissions must be by email, in Microsoft Word format or Adobe PDF and are to be sent to AUC Procurement at financeservices@auc.ab.ca d) The subject line of the submission email must read: AUC-26-10 Calgary Hearing Room AV Refresh - [Proponent Legal Name]. Submissions with an incorrect or missing subject line may not be identifiable, and the AUC accepts no responsibility for submissions that cannot be linked due to an improperly formatted subject line. e) Only one submission per proponent will be accepted. Proponents must ensure their submission is complete and accurate before sending. Unless requested by the AUC for clarification any subsequent submissions or updates of a submission from the same proponent will not be accepted or evaluated. f) Submissions by facsimile, mail or courier will not be accepted.
