Scope

Organization: Chinook's Edge School Division Chinook’s Edge School Division (CESD) is a medium-sized K-12 school division located in Central Alberta. We have a staff complement of approximately 1,400 and a student count over 11,000. Though we are predominantly a Google Workspace and Chromebook focused division, we do have a limited number of Microsoft Windows \ M365 Suite users. We are looking to evergreen a portion of our Student Chromebooks in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Submission: Quoted prices must be specified as Net Canadian funds, must be inclusive of all charges, and must be GST excluded. Closing date for written responses is 12:01 PM, October 14, 2026. All submissions need to be submitted electronically to Jason Drent at jdrent@cesd73.ca. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Vendor to ensure that their proposal is received before the deadline. CESD will not accept responsibility for, nor make provisions for, late submissions. Award is anticipated within three business days of the closing date. Delivery timelines are measured in calendar days from the date of award notification. Complete delivery means all units delivered as per above conditions.
