Organization: City of Airdrie This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Emergency Construction for Deep Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The work consists of, but may not be limited to, full emergency construction services of the City water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. These services are on a when required and as needed basis. Submission: Response Specifics: Vendors must be registered on the City of Airdrie's no-cost MERX portal to obtain competition documents. Competition documents are to be obtained from MERX only. Responses must be submitted through MERX at www.merx.com. Responses that are not submitted through MERX will result in a non-compliant bid. Amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications will be issued on MERX. No further information will be posted on APC. NOTE: Even if you have an existing MERX account you will need to re-register with MERX on the City of Airdrie's MERX portal to access the City’s documents, as the City does not charge for documents. Contact MERX’s helpdesk for further details on how to register and access the City’s documents.
