Organization: City of Calgary The Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Call Centre Services for Building and Property Maintenance Services. No prequalification is required for this RFP. Bidding documents are located in SAP Business Network portal found at supplier.ariba.com This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will be for an initial term of three (3) year(s) and may be renewed for two (2) additional three (3) year terms, under the same terms and conditions and if mutually agreeable, not to exceed a maximum of nine (9) years Submission: Instructions - Bidding documents should be obtained from SAP Business Network. - Bids are submitted via the SAP Business Network portal found at supplier.ariba.com. - Suppliers must register on the Ariba portal to submit a bid. - Hard copies are not accepted - Failure to submit via SAP Business Network will result in a non-compliant bid
