Organization: City of Calgary The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified firm to provide strategic advisory services to assess the feasibility and planning of a proposed major sports and events facility project. The work will focus on a primary facility, with the option to extend the scope to include an additional mid-sized facility, should The City elect to do so. This procurement is being conducted in two stages. Stage A was open to all interested proponents and served as the shortlisting phase. Stage B is restricted to the proponents who were shortlisted through Stage A. Submission: Instructions: - Bidding documents should be obtained from SAP Business Network. - Bids are to be submitted via the SAP Business Network portal found at supplier.ariba.com. - Suppliers must register on the Ariba portal to submit a bid. - Hard copies will not be accepted. - Failure to submit via SAP Business Network will result in a non-compliant bid. - This RFP is open exclusively to shortlisted proponents from RFP 26-1556 (Stage A) who have been notified by The City and have executed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
