Organization: City of Calgary Please download the RFP Documents on SAP Ariba https://portal.us.bn.cloud.ariba.com/dashboard/public/appext/comsapsbncdiscoveryui#/RfxEvent/preview/1110020009?anId=ANONYMOUS The City of Calgary (the City), on behalf of the Calgary Police Service (CPS), is seeking proposals for a commercial off the shelf Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution to replace the existing scanning system. The proposed solution will support batch scanning of physical documents, OCR/ICR based metadata extraction, validation workflows, and automated export of documents and metadata to OpenText Content Server. Proposed solution must support on premises or Protected C deployment, integrate with CPS’s Microsoft environment, and comply with CPS security, privacy, access control, and audit requirements. Case management and evidence management functionality are out of scope.
