Organization: City of Camrose This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Camrose (“the City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Council Chamber Integrated Audio-Visual and Meeting Management Solution. The City of Camrose is seeking proposals from qualified Audio-Visual (AV) integrators to provide the design, supply, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and training services required for a comprehensive refresh of the Council Chambers Audio-Visual system. The objective of this project is to modernize the Council Chambers technology environment to support efficient and effective Council meetings, public engagement, and hybrid participation.
