Scope

Organization: City of Edmonton The City of Edmonton (the City) invites bidders to submit bids for Guards and Guardrail Components Supply and Installation Services. The Form of Agreement, located in the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba Platform, defines the Work the successful bidder will perform. Intended term of Contract: one (1) year, commencing November 1, 2026. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional years. The City intends to enter into the Contract with only one bidder. Submission: The bidder agrees to submit bids only through the SAP Ariba platform and not to submit bids via any other mechanism including, but not limited to, post, courier, fax, e-mail, or orally, unless specifically requested by the City. Bids submitted through means other than the SAP Ariba platform, except as specifically allowed by the City, will not be accepted by the City.
