Organization: City of St. Albert This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Marketing Strategy Consulting Services to Promote Servus Place Recreational Facility, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City is looking for a qualified consultant to provide a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote Recreation and Parks recreation and fitness opportunities at Servus Credit Union Place in new, innovative and effective ways.
