Issued by: Saskatchewan Health Authority The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has a requirement to replace it’s in use Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) Equipment at Royal University Hospital Lab in Saskatoon. The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the SHA’s intention to award a contract for contract for Five (5) years term (with option at SHA to further extend the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms for the above equipment, it’s services and consumables purchase to Illumina Inc., 200 Bay Street, North Tower, Suite 1200, Toronto, Ontario, M5J-2J2. Before awarding a contract, however, the SHA is providing other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a statement of capabilities by the closing date mentioned for accepting Vendor statements of capabilities.
