Issued by: City of Melfort The City of Melfort is inviting proposals from qualified Design-Build teams for the design and construction of a new Public Works Equipment Storage Building at the City’s Public Works Compound, located at 202 Division Street West, Melfort, Saskatchewan. The successful proponent will be responsible for the detailed design, professional engineering services, construction drawings, applicable permits and complete construction of the facility. The new building will be insulated, heated and electrified and must accommodate large municipal equipment. The existing 40 ft. x 80 ft. concrete slab is intended to remain where feasible and must be assessed by the successful Design-Build team for potential reuse. A non-mandatory site visit will be held on July 29, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST. Proposals must be received by 4:00 PM CST on August 7, 2026.
