Project Description: The Ministry of Highways (Ministry) is seeking the services of a qualified engineering consultant to assist with the development and delivery of improvements along Highway 914 (CS 914-01 from km 0.00 to km 48.00) in northern Saskatchewan. The scope of work has not been fully defined. The Successful Consultant will work collaboratively with the Ministry to identify, assess, prioritize, and define improvement opportunities and develop a recommended program of work for implementation. The consultant will be expected to develop and execute the assignment in a manner that supports completion of all construction activities by December 31, 2029.
