Issued by: City of Regina Submissions clearly marked "COR 26-00211 - Engineering services for Structural and Surface Assessment of Roadways ", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at [email protected], no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on August 25, 2026. This solicitation describes a requirement for an engineering consultant to conduct comprehensive road condition data collection and structural assessment of the road network resulting in a contract for a term of One (1) Year. On August 4, 2026 at 3:00pm, a pre-submission meeting will be held virtually for the purpose of answering questions from prospective vendors. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will be no public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
